See one of the few remaining Crucible Works in Sheffield.

This building was a Crucible Furnace for Russell Works, owned by the saw makers Messers Wheatman and Smith.

Opening Times

Tue-Sat 10am-4pm | Sun 11am-4pm

Closed Mondays including Bank Holidays

See the River Don Engine in steam at 12pm and 2pm, Thursday - Sunday

The Upper Transport Gallery and Simplex Car display will be closed for events on Fri 16, Sat 17, Sun 18, Sat 24 May & Sat 14 Jun

There is currently no step-free access to the Transport Gallery.
