Weston Park Museum is situated on Western Bank, next to Weston Park and opposite Sheffield's Children's Hospital.

Are you travelling by coach or school transport? If so, travel for educational trips through Sheffield's Clean Air Zone is free. Exemptions must be applied for here.

Parking

There is no car, coach or minibus parking at Weston Park Museum.

Coaches/minibuses can stop outside the museum on Western Bank for drop-offs and pick-ups only.

We have a small amount of car parking on Mushroom Lane for blue badge holders. We can accommodate minibuses with blue badges by prior arrangement – please ask about this when you make your booking.

What to do on arrival

The museum opens at 10am and morning workshops begin at 10:15am. Please sign in your group with one of the Visitor Assistants. You will be shown upstairs to our picnic area where there are lockable storage cupboards for bags and coats. There are also toilets here. There is a lift should anyone require lift access.

 

Lunch

We have an indoor picnic space next to the workshop rooms on the first floor. We will reserve an area for you between 12 and 12:30pm (after AM workshop, before PM workshop). This is a public space.
