Sheffield Life & Times: Pauline Agatha Neita

Tue 1 March 2022 - Wed 1 March 2023

Weston Park Museum

Pauline Agatha Neita took on her first running, jogging and power walking challenge with her twin sister Kathleen in 2003, completing the 5K Flora Light Challenge for Women in Birmingham.

They had such a good time that they started training for the 2004 London Marathon, which they completed with their sister Annette. In recognition of their achievement the three sisters received an award at the Sheffield and District African Caribbean Community Association as part of Black History Month.

Since then Pauline has completed two London Marathons, five Five2Go Trail Marathons at Hackney Marshes, thirteen half marathons and twenty-two 10K and 5K races, and with her sisters has raised several thousand pounds for charity.
