Creative Writing Workshop: Bringing Sheffield's Food History to Life

Wed 8 May 2024 , 10:30am-3:30pm

Weston Park Museum

Have you or a member of your family been part of Sheffield's hidden food community? Maybe you've worked at places like Bassett's, Batchelors, Fletchers, or Thorntons. Would you like to explore your memories and receive assistance in bringing them to life for a wider audience to enjoy?

Join Sheffield author Neil Anderson for this free creative writing day where you'll be given guidance on how to develop your style. On the day you’ll also have the chance to view rare items from Sheffield's food industry, providing extra inspiration for your writing.

Refreshments will be provided. To book a space, please email: neil@neilandersonmedia.com
