Object Handling: Contemporary Metalwork from Goldsmiths North

Enjoy a special drop-in session in the Sykes Gallery Metalwork Collection, where you’ll be invited to handle contemporary silverware designs with industry expert Katherine Payne of Goldsmiths North.

You’ll see a selection of objects up close, representing a range of disciplines and techniques, and hear about some of the most interesting and highest quality work being made in the metalwork industry today.

Goldsmiths North is a major retail fair that takes place every year in Sheffield’s Cutler’s Hall. Bringing the finest contemporary silverware and jewellery to Sheffield, it gives visitors the chance to meet and buy directly from the makers themselves.
