Lunchtime Talk: At the Centre of it All with Artist Simon Le Ruez

Meet the artist Simon Le Ruez as he guides us through his latest installation at Graves Gallery. 

Simon will discuss his new work made for Graves Gallery, which revels in the concerns of colour, form and abstraction. At the Centre of it All, is an ambitious mixed media installation, where architecture meets anatomy and brutalist beauty meets soft chaos in sculptural form.  

Simon will talk both about and around the work, touching on notions of process and making, which are at the heart of his practice and citing influences and inspirations from Sheffield Museums archive and beyond.
