Lunchtime Talk: A Short Story of Scissors in Sheffield and Beyond

Take a closer look at an important type of cutlery still made in Sheffield today.  

 

The talk will explore the history, the manufacture and the myriad types of scissors made for a range of purposes. There will be an opportunity to see and handle a range of items from the Hawley Tool Collection.
