Kelham Makes: Festive Willow Decoration Workshop

Thu 20 November 2025 , 6:30pm-9pm

Kelham Island Museum

Spend an evening making a pick and mix of festive decorations from locally grown willow.

Sheffield-based artist, teacher and woodland ranger, Rachel Hutton, will guide you through the process.

Using traditional hand tools and processes from an age gone by you will learn a variety of techniques to create decorations such as stars and angels, trees and mini reindeers in this hands-on, evening workshop

Items may be designed for hanging or free-standing display with a log base.

All materials are provided and the session is suitable for both beginners and those with experience.
