Find inspiration by studying examples of taxidermy birds from the city’s museum collection and imagine the swifts and swallows currently nesting at the Hamlet. We’ll then show you how to push and press your metal with tools to create a decorative item to take home with you, adorned with the beauty of the local area.
Suitable for the whole family to do together. All materials will be provided and no experience required.
Previous attendees have said:
“It’s good for children (and adults) to try something different.”
“I liked that it gave us some wholesome family time.”
Sessions run for 50 minutes. Please arrive at the start time of your ticket to ensure maximum time during the workshop. Please book a ticket for each child and each adult who will be participating in the workshop. All ticket holders will be creating a metal artwork each. All children need to be accompanied by an adult.
