Join us this half term for a free, fun-filled family activity inspired by Chol Theatre’s exciting new play The Case of the Missing Mushy Peas Recipe!
Through drama, games and storytelling, we will step back in time to the Batchelors factory. Let’s play with the sounds of the factory floor and discover objects and artefacts from the past as we celebrate and explore Sheffield's little-known industrial changemaker, Ella Hudson Gasking.
Children can create their own characters, inspired by the bustle and clatter of the factory, and take part in solving the great mushy pea mystery. Where will the clues lead us, we wonder?
This family activity is produced in collaboration with Chol International Arts
