Crafty Careers Fair

Discover how to turn your creativity into a career in this special, hands-on careers fair exclusively for 14-25-year-olds.  

Join us for an afternoon of creative craft at Kelham Island Museum, in collaboration with the Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust (QEST). From activities and demonstrations to mini workshops and talks, learn about amazing careers in crafts! 

Whether you’re just starting to think about employment, are studying or are simply keen to try something new, Crafty Careers Fair will open your eyes to the range of craft-based professions available and how you can turn your creativity into a career.   

You’ll learn about everything from textiles to stone-carving, printing to leatherwork, plus there’ll be talks from professionals at Sheffield Hallam University, Sheffield College and QEST. 

Refreshments can be purchased from the soft-drink bar.
