Join Yorkshire Artspace potter Eve Gnoyke and Artworks artists Daniel and Janine for a relaxed pottery session using slabs to form dishes and tiles.
In the session you'll learn how to use traditional slipware techniques to create your own piece of pottery to take home with you. You’ll a chance to try using slip-trailers, stamps and roulettes to explore the soft qualities of clay. Once dry, your pot will be glazed and fired by the artist for you collect at a later date.
All tools and materials will be provided, no experience needed.
This workshop is organised by ArtWorks and forms part of the programme of events complementing the exhibition ArtWorks Together International 2026, which continues at the Millennium Gallery until Sunday 31 May. Tickets have been subsidised through project funding.
