Burngreave Voices
Burngreave Voices is a community heritage project that aims to bring to life and celebrate the history of the area through the stories of Burngreave residents. This website focuses on the neighbourhood of Burngreave in Sheffield, England. It provides information about the history of the area and some of the interesting local places. Most importantly, however, it's about the people who live here, and the stories they tell of their lives, collected by the Burngreave Voices project. There are over 90 memories and stories on this site from past and present residents. You can read and listen to these stories in the section headed People.
